In 206 BC General Scipio, having beaten the Carthaginians at Ilipa, founds Itálica, in what is now Santiponce.

In 2014 the estate presented itself on its website as Carpas Alubián, “next to the ruins of Itálica”: more than 500 people, 1,500 m² of gardens and parking for more than 500 vehicles.

You arrive by the Avenida de Extremadura, in Santiponce, about 24 minutes by car from Seville Cathedral. There is free parking, and you enter the garden along a red carpet between palms.

20:15 · Drinks reception
Bodas.net lists a terrace and a garden area, and mentions menus with carved ham, a cheese buffet and a sushi buffet.

While the drinks go on, the light turns gold, then blue, and the garden lamps come on. The estate hosts one event a day: the garden is your guests’.
